As of Saturday 4 July 2026 we are pausing ink sample orders. The latest batch of vials appears to be faulty, leading to 'inksplosions' in transit.

We are sourcing new vials and taking the opportunity to move to glass vials, reducing our overall plastic consumption. Fulfillment of ink orders will resume as soon as we have received the new vials. We anticipate this will be by Monday 13 July.
