(4 July 2026) Ink sample orders on pause whilst changing to new vials

As of Saturday 4th July 2026 we are pausing ink sample fulfillment temporarily. This is because the latest batch of vials appears to be faulty, leading to 'inksplosions' in transit. We are refunding and/or replacing all orders that have been affected. 

We are sourcing new vials and taking the opportunity to move to glass vials, reducing our overall plastic use. (All of the rest of our packaging is biodegradable, including our cellophane.) 

We expect to receive the new vials within the next week and to continue fulfilling ink orders by Monday 13th July 2026.
